User License Agreement (EULA) & General Terms of Service
By purchasing, subscribing, or using any of our products, services, or platforms (including but not limited to software, SaaS applications, websites, mobile apps, and related services), you (“the Customer / Client / End User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our general policies for software and service use.
These terms apply to all Sanghtech / Webprint offerings, including Webprint/Sanghtech Online Token Management Software (SAAS) and any other subscription or licensed software.
Service Proposal and Support
- Includes one-time online software installation and remote support via TeamViewer, Zoom, AnyDesk, email, or phone.
- We (Sanghtech/Webprint) do not provide any physical support, onsite visits, or hardware installation. Only online support is provided.
- Support Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 04:00 PM (IST).
- Any extended or premium support will be subject to additional negotiable charges.
Integrations and External Services
- Integrations with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Payment Gateways, and APIs are not part of the standard package. Additional charges apply.
Data Management
- Customers/Clients/End Users may export data through the admin panel.
- We do not provide data backup under any condition. Customers/Clients/End Users are solely responsible for their own data security.
Payment Terms
- 100% advance payment is required with the Purchase Order.
- Applicable GST is charged separately.
Modifications and Custom Features
- Any request for additional features, changes, or customizations will be quoted separately if feasible.
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- The software is provided as a SaaS model accessible via web browsers.
- No local installation or source code is shared.
Software Ownership & Usage Rights
- Customers/Clients/End Users are granted access-only rights. No ownership, source code, or server credentials will be provided.
- Resale, sub-licensing, or transfer of access is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without notice.
Software Updates and Maintenance
- We reserve the right to update and maintain the software without prior notice.
- Updates may include performance improvements, new features, and bug fixes.
- Brand identity elements, including our logo, cannot be removed.
Subscription Renewal
- Renewal must be completed at least 15 days before expiry through online payment or via our support.
- Upon expiry, software access and associated data will be automatically deleted.
- Re-subscription will be treated as a new installation, and prevailing charges will apply.
Third-Party Server Hosting
- Services are hosted on cloud servers.
- We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or interruptions due to external events, including server outages or government actions.
Hardware Compatibility
- Customers/Clients/End Users should test software compatibility with their hardware (displays, printers, etc.) prior to purchase.
- We do not provide or support hardware.
Refund Policy
- No refund is applicable under any circumstance. Please evaluate our DEMO version before purchasing.
Account Security
- Customers/Clients/End Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
- We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised accounts.
Legal Jurisdiction
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
- Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts only.
Policy Updates
- We may revise our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Software Usage Policy at any time.
- Customers/Clients/End Users are encouraged to review the latest version on our website or contact support.
Reseller Clause
- In case you purchase our product from an authorized reseller, please carefully read and follow the reseller’s Terms & Conditions.
- The reseller will be liable to provide all help, support, and after-sales services as per their policies.
- Sanghtech/Webprint will provide only the standard SaaS service defined above.
General Policies for Software, SaaS, and Website Use
- By accessing or using any Sanghtech/Webprint software, website, or SaaS platform, you agree to comply with our Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
- You may temporarily download or access materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Modify or reproduce materials
- Use for commercial or public display beyond the purchased license
- Reverse engineer software
- Remove copyright or branding
- Transfer or mirror the content
Violation may result in immediate termination of services and legal consequences.
- All software, SaaS, and website content is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or performance.
- SANGHTECH/WEBPRINT shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use our products or services, even if notified of such potential damages.
- We do not guarantee the content of our software, SaaS platforms, or websites is current, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify at any time without notice.
- Linked third-party sites or integrations are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, security, or functionality.
- These terms may be updated anytime without notice. By continuing to use our products or services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

- These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
- No refund for digital services, subscriptions, or event registrations.
- Physical product refunds only if returned unused and in original condition.
- We reserve full rights to upgrade or modify any software, SaaS, app, database, or UI/UX without prior notice. Customers/Clients/End Users must ensure they take regular backups. We are not liable for any data loss.
